I had forgotten to mention about Danny's. Stellios and the gang there have put a great deal of effort in over the past year and upgraded Danny's to a very high standard.
I'm waiting for some pics from either Big Tony or our camera mad Rab_C of the place, that really do it justice. The pool furniture has all been renewed and the reception area and snack area have had an upgrade. It all looks good. i think the rooms have had a bit of an upgrade too!
Staying at Danny's seems to be spot on this year and of course the prices are great too. There's not much in VFM to compare and it has been noticed by the big boys too!

It seems that all the fuss and speculation has rightly died down and you have all decided to get on with your holidaying as you should have from the start, without interference from the Media!
So! it's holiday time again and fantastic it all is too. The weather is spot on and the prices are good and of course the exchange rate is up too!

Des and June left us the other day after a 2 week stay at the Venus but Daughter and son in law, Lisa and Craig arrived for their holiday, so sort of still here! Hope to see you again guys and please stay in touch.
         
T-Rex Slayer Big Gee and Jewloo off this week. They came to eat with us all the way from Alykes at least 3 times, just appreciate them making the effort. See you soon guys.

The Cartmells, Jayne, Ian, Molly and Daisy here for another fortnight! Jayne is looking like she can get around better this year without the cast on her ankle! And Wayne again!
         
Nicole, Martin and Larry over again. Great family and Larry will probably have Andy out for a few nights on the tiles! usually does, and we'll no doubt have a few Glayva and Lemons with Mum and Dad! Looking forward to it!
        
Stan and Coleen back again. 42 degs and Stan will be out for his daily jog! can't knock it matey, wish I could still do it! Maybe I will, but in the winter.

Big Tony has informed me that the cash machines are displaying exchange rates a lot lower than they should be. His showed 1.16 but he got 1.24 as arranged with his bank. To be sure, please check with your bank what rate you will get and also set a daily withdrawal amount.
